Payment Terms

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Shannon B, Creative Possibility and Thrive Factor School use the 3rd party payment platform, eWay, to process credit and debit card transactions.

By making a purchase from Shannon B, Creative Possibility or Thrive Factor School, you also agree to be bound by eWay’s Terms of Service.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through eWay. The Thrive Factor, Creative Possibility and Shannon B are not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with eWay. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason.

If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed. Direct Deposit payments may be considered and arranged on written request.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plans may be available for some training courses. Please refer to the specific payment options detailed on relevant course or program registration pages for the specific course or service you are considering.

Delivery

ONLINE SESSIONS FOR THRIVE FACTOR PROFILING WITH SHANNON B

Online sessions with Shannon B are provided via Zoom. A link will be provided to you before your scheduled booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A  minimum 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a Thrive Factor Experience, also referred to as Thrive Factor Profiling or payment is forfeited. Shannon B reserves the right to postpone scheduled appointments if personal circumstances require it and as much notice as possible will be provided along with an attempt to find a mutually agreeable time.

Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

Creative Possibility and Thrive Factor School does not offer refunds to customers or clients who simply change their mind, so please choose carefully before making payment.

MAJOR PROBLEMS

If a client or student has a major problem, they are required to make every reasonable effort to make their concerns known to Creative Possibility and Thrive Factor School. We will do our best to resolve the situation to the mutual satisfaction of everyone involved.

If we are unable to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion, the matter will proceed to formal mediation before a neutral third party.

Jurisdiction

Creative Possibility and Thrive Factor School is based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia and the laws of that jurisdiction govern this agreement and any disputes arising under it.
